Consultations are booked via WhatsApp or online forms. We reserve the right to decline services if the request falls outside our ethical guidelines or expertise.

4. Payment and Refunds

Consultation fees must be paid in advance. Due to the personal and subjective nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation has been completed.
